A Threadbinder manipulates connections that can be identified and reached. A skilled operator might disrupt a spell by weakening the Thread supporting it, rather than attempting to overwhelm the entire effect with raw Lumen.

Constraints
The process obeys Conservation, Correspondence, Resistance, and Equilibrium. A distant unknown target cannot simply be addressed by wish, and a constant's invariant Signature cannot be severed from existence.

Lunor's Eclipse Thread may give him unusual precision when working in or around the Sanctum, while still leaving unrelated Threads difficult or inaccessible.
