01

Belonging by choice

Eclipsebound are Wayfarers who willingly establish a lasting metaphysical Connection with the Sanctum. They are not Lunor’s servants, worshippers, or soldiers; they are people who choose to make the sanctuary part of their lives.

Becoming Eclipsebound is a choice, never an imposed destiny. A lasting Connection does not mean an irrevocable one. The proposed Homeward Thread and Rite of Belonging describe how that choice might take form; their mechanics remain developing lore.

02

Welcome home

“Welcome home, Eclipsebound.”

They are Eclipsebound because they chose the Sanctum as somewhere worth returning to. Neither community title implies a hierarchy of personal worth.

Those Who Found Their Way Home — archive prose

Across the countless realities of the Manifest, there exist those who wander. Some seek knowledge. Others seek adventure. Some have lost their homes, while others simply wish to discover what lies beyond the worlds they know. These travelers are called Wayfarers.

Among them are those who discover the Eclipse Sanctum, a place beyond the boundaries of ordinary existence. Some visit only once. Others return. And a few choose to establish a permanent place within its halls. These individuals are known as the Eclipsebound.

Their Connection to the Sanctum is neither a chain nor a command. It is a path, freely chosen, that leads back to a place where they are remembered.

Even the greatest of distances cannot erase the memory of a home. And so long as the Eclipse Sanctum endures, there will always be a place for those who wish to return.
